Why Join Our Program

This program empowers youth from Kakuma and Kalobeyei across the region with hands-on tools and knowledge to lead local transformation. Through structured conversation circles and leadership workshops, we train future changemakers to:

  • Address conflict with practical resolution strategies
  • Design solutions for community problems
  • Lead local projects with confidence and impact
  • Use digital tools to amplify local voices

We also nurture non-technical skills like communication, emotional intelligence, and community dialogue—ensuring participants are equipped to lead long after the program ends.

Peace Conversations

Participants engage in guided dialogue using Conversation Cards to build empathy and understanding.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation

Scholars learn through self-organization and gain skills in understanding community problems, target markets, and solutions.

Community Diagnostics

Train in identifying key local issues, resources, and root causes of conflict.

Local Action Projects

Design and implement small-scale solutions to real community problems.

Leadership & Advocacy

Develop the confidence to lead, advocate, and influence positive change in your village.
